New Asphalt for Basketball Courts at the Minneola Athletic Complex

All prices submitted are to be on the form below in accordance with all terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Quotation. Prices quoted should be in unit of measure shown. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor which offers the lowest price on an aggregate basis. If award is noted to be made on an aggregate basis, any vendor response that fails to include pricing for all items may be rejected.

Prices shall be quoted F.O.B. Destination – inside delivery, freight included and shall be inclusive of all costs. Current and/or anticipated applicable fuel costs should be considered and included in the price quoted.

Work must be completed within 30 days after issuance of purchase order or notice to proceed.

Specifications and/or Special Conditions

Field verificatin by Contractor is rcommended

Grading to be performed as required to ensure positive water drainage towards the existing multipurpose fields / swale

Install 2" INCH thick SP 9.5 Asphaltic pavement on top of the existing limerock

Construction of all asphalt pavements shall meet ADA requirements and cross slope. Grading to be performed as required to meet ADA requirements.

Contractor to cut, regrade the existiong limerock, compact and pave.

8" X 12 " concrete ribbon curb (3000 psi ) 180 lineal feet

Asphalt paving area approximately 120 FT FT (North Side) X 105 FT (North to South) X 180 FT (South Side) (See Exhibit B)

Gaga Court to be removed by County

Excess limerock to be stockpiled on the existing limerock area not being paved
